We partner with services that allow us to offer our services at a much lower rate than a lawyer's hourly billing. The setup fee covers certain license fees we incur at setup.

It can take up to 3 business days from form submission for everything to be ready. Your annual term will update to be 1 year from when setup is complete.

We chose a subscription model rather than a one-time fee for a few reasons, primarily that privacy laws chage regularly and it allows us to keep upfront costs low.

Our model is a privacy policy license, which expires at the end of your subscription term. This model allows us to keep upfront costs low and mantain ongoing support as privacy laws change.

It sure will! As laws change, we'll update your privacy policy to remain consistent with legal requirements.
